Based in Wyoming as a legally established LLC, this Decentralized Autonomous Organization is more than just a technical hub. It is a confluence of visionary coders, smart contracts, and the intricate mechanics of the blockchain universe. At its core, Soakverse DAO is dedicated to educating, sharing knowledge, and safeguarding projects within a regulated framework. Its mission? To generate wealth while ensuring fairness and transparency.
Members of Soakverse DAO join by staking a Soakverse DAO Pass NFT (Currently Soakverse OGs, migration will happen in December 2023), symbolizing not just ownership but a voice in the collective decision-making process. This digital asset is the key to participating in a unique governance model where contributions are valued, and members’ voices are heard. The DAO operates on the principle of ‘pass-through’ income, where members actively contributing to the treasury may receive distributions, subject to the DAO’s vote and individual tax responsibilities.

Soakverse DAO Usage of Chainlink’s CCIP Protocol
Soakverse DAO harnesses the potential of Chainlink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) to automate & elevate its governance model. CCIP, a revolutionary cross-chain messaging protocol, enables Soakverse DAO to interact seamlessly with multiple blockchain environments. This utilization not only enhances the DAO’s operational efficiency but also broadens its reach across different blockchain networks, ensuring that Soakverse remains at the cutting edge of technological advancement in the blockchain sector.
The Soakverse DAO Pass, currently designated as Soakverse OGs with an expected migration in December 2023, is housed on the Ethereum blockchain while the Governance Protocol and Ecosystem automation operate on the Binance Smart Chain to ensure blockchain gas and speed predictability and reduce on-chain operating costs.
